Pickleforce Partner Terms & Conditions

By submitting an application and checking the agreement box, you agree to the following terms as a Pickleforce Brand Ambassador or TikTok Affiliate ("Partner").

1. The Program Pickleforce offers a commission-based partner program where approved Partners earn a percentage of sales driven through their unique discount code or affiliate link. Participation is voluntary and does not constitute employment, agency, or partnership in any legal sense. You are an independent contractor.

2. Commission Rates Starting commission is 12% of the order subtotal. Rates may increase based on monthly sales volume as follows: Silver tier (16%) at $300/month, Gold tier (20%) at $800/month. Tiers reset on the first of each month. Pickleforce reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days notice.

3. First Sale Bonus A one-time 25% commission rate applies to your first attributed sale. All subsequent sales revert to your standard tier rate.

4. Gear Discount Approved Partners receive a one-time 25% discount code for a personal gear purchase. This code is non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, or used in conjunction with other offers.

5. Payouts Commissions are paid out via Stripe Connect upon Partner request. Once a payout is requested, funds are transferred directly to your connected bank account. Pickleforce is not responsible for delays caused by Stripe or banking institutions.

6. Code Usage Your discount code is for sharing with your genuine audience. You may not: post your code on coupon or deal websites (e.g. RetailMeNot, Honey, Rakuten), use your own code for personal purchases beyond the one-time gear discount, or share your code in bulk discount or cashback groups. Violations will result in commission forfeiture and account termination.

7. Content Guidelines You agree to represent Pickleforce honestly and authentically. You may not make false claims about products, use misleading before/after comparisons, or post content that is discriminatory, harmful, or violates FTC disclosure guidelines. You must disclose your ambassador relationship when posting sponsored content (#ad or #pickleforceambassador).

8. Termination Pickleforce may terminate your partnership at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct deemed harmful to the brand. Upon termination, unpaid commissions from the prior 30 days will be reviewed and paid out if earned legitimately. Commissions tied to fraudulent orders may be forfeited.

9. Changes to Terms Pickleforce reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
